Thank you, thank you, thank you for highlighting this gross misuse of our forests! I was mortified to learn how I have contributed to deforestation by buying certain brands of toilet paper. Consumers have a right to know the true sourcing of the products we are buying.
I'm happy to pass along this information (well maybe not exactly happy...). I agree, it is a gross misuse of our forests. And we have so many simple alternatives! There is no excuse for this practice.
